A positive attitude is critical when you want to achieve anything or simply improve your quality of life. Here are some tips to help you maintain your positive attitude no matter what’s happening in your life.
Whether you have 1 minute, 15 minutes, or an hour, start your day with a ritual. Read or listen to something that makes you feel relaxed and ready.

When you complain, you say negative things without offering a solution. Instead, try to look for a solution or learn to accept that some things can’t be changed.
Use positive self-talk. It will boost your willpower and help you psych yourself up when you need to get through a difficult task.
Try making the leap and taking that class you really want to take. It may be a totally pointless thing, but do it because you want to do it.
5- Make Space to Pause
In this busy, demanding world you are at serious risk of burnout. Stop, look and listen to yourself. It’s not slacking, it’s honoring your noise-reducing need to reflect.
6- Practice Random Acts of Kindness
This can be anything from a compliment to congratulations. These acts are small and unsolicited, but they show that you care. That’s a big part of being a positive person.
7- Realize That You Control Yourself
Even though you may not be in control of what’s going on outside you, you can control your inner world and your reactions.
It is physically good for you and it helps you feel much better. Try to find humor wherever you can, but make sure you laugh with people and not at them.
9- Surround Yourself With Positive People
Who you hang around with rubs off on you. Try to connect with people who like their jobs, have new ideas and are interested in many things.
10- Forgive the Limitations of Others
High standards are important. But, don’t make yourself miserable when others can’t do as well as you or don’t share your vision or passion.
11- Don’t Think in Black and White
When you’re faced with a choice, don’t freak out about which option is right. In many cases it’s just about different outcomes. Decide which outcome you prefer and go with that.
12- Ask Yourself Why You Think The Way You Do
Self-awareness leads to self-improvement. The better you know yourself, the better you know how to challenge your own beliefs and act on that.
It may not be clear at the time, but there is always something to be learned. How can it help you become a better person? We are always growing and learning.
14- Keep Your Eye on the Prize
Focus on long term results instead of short term emotions. Keep your vision in mind and focus on how you will feel when you reach this goal.
